BACK EAST {warning: picture overload}

This past week I was able to go back east and visit some states I had never been to! It was amazing, beautiful, wonderful, etc etc etc.
I got to visit one of my favorite people in this entire world, Mizz Sarah Foote! She let me stay at her house in New Hampshire and I got to meet her wonderful parents. She showed me such a fun time- I was there a little less than a week but it went by so fast!
Add four new states to the list: New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, & Rhode Island

The beach is about 15 minutes from Sarah's house:

I love the beach! one of the many beach pictures I took:

In York, Maine, yes we did get our palms read. judge us. I am going to get married in my early thirties and will have 3 children. I am also interested in something in the medical field. What???
Sarah is an old soul and has lived a previous life. She will get married in her late twenties and have 3 kids. hahahaha

Lighthouse in York, Maine:

Sarah's Aunt let us ride her moped around Kennebunkport, Maine. I fell in love with that lil town!:

So romantic... hahah

One day we went to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. It was so beautiful and green up there. Different than Utah Mountains though, more like rolling hills :)
Sarah, me & Meg

Beautiful waterfall:

Sarah's latest fling:

Oh the things that will entertain us:

One day we went to BOSTON! wow I loved that city.
This is a world war two memorial. There are about 7 or 8 glass cylinders you walk through and they are covered in numbers which is how the prisoners of concentration camps were known as. so sad. :(

There were quotes like this all along the path:

Our new watches. We may even call them BFF watches. We are 20 years old. judge us. hah:)

Justin Beiber! OMG!!!

Sippin some lemonade at Quincy Market:

The old Granary Cemetery in Downtown Boston:
Paul Revere, Samuel Adams, Ben Franklin & victims of the Boston Massacre are buried here.

Beautiful park in Boston:

George Washington Statue. So much history in this city:

View of Boston from the Prudential tower:

Sar & I in Boston Harbor:

We took a cruise around Boston Harbor when the Sun was setting: It was breathtaking!

On the last day I was there we went to Newport, Rhode Island! It was such a gorgeous little place. I can't lie, I never thought I could say I'd been to Rhode Island. :)

Rocking my new Boston Shirt :)

They had all of these GIGANTIC mansions everywhere that you could take tours of. They were amazing and I wonder what it was like when people lived there back in the day.
They were totally out of Pride and Prejudice, I know my Martin cousins would have loved it! :)

Beachin it: :) :) :)

Only the best cookies ever ever ever:

On the last night we went to the Counting Crows concert- It was aMAZING. it was an 18 and older concert, and if you were under 21 you had to have these huge Xs on your wrists so you couldn't buy alcohol. We felt like some kind of rejects. haha

Counting Crows and Augustana. I found it very fitting that Augustana played, "Boston"

ANYWAY.. this trip was so awesome! Words really can't even describe. thanks to Sayruh for the can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, world series kind of week. :)

Oh, I didn't know you were up here. That looks like so much fun! I was hoping to go to Rhode Island while here, but sadly I didn't get the chance.
